This symmetric floor box can serve as an interface between the riser cable and the customer drop cables and be installed in mid-span access or window-cut cables.

The design provides a pathway for the vertical cable with dual anchoring on the right and coiling area on the left-hand side, where uncut or pending fibers and microtubes can be stored. There is a ramp for a 4-slot organizer which can be placed on the left or the right, depending on the riser cable’s position and can be equipped with up to four 1-slot cassettes, for 12 fusion splices.
The preterminated drop cables are connected to SC couplings. An optional cover can protect the cable entries.
This symmetric floor box can be attached at 52 mm from the wall when installing on layout of cables, with a bracket and a backmount frame to protect against dust.
