FSM-45S Fusion Splice machine
The Fujikura 45S is an active V-groove alignment splicer. Thanks to Warm Splice Imaging (WSI), the 45S can determine core alignment accuracy by evaluating the weld during the heating process. This technology provides weld loss estimates with greater accuracy than those based on cladding alignment alone. The new Active Fusion Control (AFC) technology reduces weld loss for fibres with poor cleave angle. Combined with Active Blade Management technology between the splicer and the cleaver, the Fujikura 45S includes a robust set of splicing features that reduces the likelihood of bad welds. All this together with a new and unique Fiber Preparation method to reduce your entire welding process in time to excellent quality.
